White Soda Bread

First attempt at a basic soda bread for a quick and lazy morning fix - not entirely successful. Beautifully formed crust, but inside was thick and gooey. Texture similar to a buttermilk biscuit (no idea what the English would call them). Was quite good with some butter, but a bit too dense for an everyday bread.
250g Plain White Flour
150ml Milk (had to use semi skimmed, will use buttermilk next)
5g Salt
2t Baking Powder
