Basic White Loaf

Brian's first loaf. Half Leckford Estate strong white flour, half Morrison's plain white flour. Dough was tough while kneading and didn't stretch very much. Used basic ratio. Raised once for roughly 3 hours, roughly doubled in size. Folded into stubby cylinder and left to prove for about 30 minutes. Slashed intricately into what I'm told are an angry face and a happy face. Steamed the oven when putting the dough in. Cooling at the moment. Comments to follow. Hopefully by the man himself.
