Soy Milk Soda Bread

Maybe I've gotten a bit too comfortable making soda bread. I managed to completely screw up today, putting in double the amount of salt I intended to. Had to throw the entire loaf out after taking one bite. I managed to take a few snaps before attempting to eat it. It doesn't look terrible but tasted like a block of salt. go me.
