Soy Milk Soda Bread

250:170:5 - flour, soy milk (!), salt, 2t baking powder. Mix evenly and knead slightly - shape into round, slash, and bake. Surprisingly salty and didn't taste the soy much. Great with butter or a soft cheese. I feel like I'm cheating when I make soda breads.. but hot bread for breakfast in 20 minutes? no complaints.
