[200RY - 200W - 100SP - 400WA - 10Y] mix well, autolyse 30 min
[7SA 55WA] mix, bulk ferment 2 hrs
shape into round, 30 min bench rest
final shaping, retard loaf for 9 hrs
baking time, 1 hr
I've been a bit terrible with adding notes in a respectable time period, so I won't have very detailed things to say about the next few loaves, as they're all old updates and my memory is terrible. Actually, I don't really have any notes other than the above.
